About The Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) The Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) provides advanced insurance research, analytics and business intelligence to Aon colleagues and clients globally. The ACIA in Dublin, along with our sister locations in Krakow and Singapore, are Aon’s three global Centres of Excellence where innovative data solutions are developed to serve the needs of internal colleagues, external clients and Aon’s partners. What the ACIA Graduate Programme will look like The ACIA Graduate Programme will commence in Summer 2025 (typically August) and has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent. As such, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest, drive and potential to build a lasting career at Aon. As a member of Aon’s Graduate ‘Launch’ programme, you will have the opportunity to participate in business sponsored projects and network with a large cohort of Graduates across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This will include programme kickoff & completion ceremony hosted in either our Madrid office or another office in the EMEA region. You will gain exposure to all aspects of our business through in-role learning opportunities, participation in Agile scrum-based projects and the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the Aon business, gaining knowledge and insight into our world of data and analytics. Skills and experience that will lead to success – Application Developer Role Graduates or soon to be graduates in a third level qualification in an Analytical, IT, Physics, Mathematics or Business-related field are likely to be suited to this role, however, we will also consider candidates from all backgrounds that have demonstrated a hunger, desire and aptitude to work in this field. In addition to that, you will have: Understanding of AI technologies including Large Language ModelsExperience in development; C#, Advanced JavaScript, JS Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)Keenly interested in software development, staying up to date with current trends and able to translate those into solutionsVisual design focus to maximise user experience and impactExperience/familiar with Cloud (AWS), Serverless Architecture, Agile, DevOps (CI/CD) and database technologiesSelf-motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skillsSelf-organised, effective in managing your own timePitching and storytelling – potential to communicate to stakeholders in a compelling wayEthics and privacy – ability to think deeply with regard to ethical consequences of work.
