Responsibilities include understanding customer technical requirements, advising the sales team on component choice, and resolving customer technical issues. Key tasks include designing and testing systems, generating documentation, and providing in-depth technical training to regional offices and distributors. Requirements include a degree in Electronics, previous experience in a similar role, and hands-on test and measurement skills. Travel to regional offices and distributors is required, and flexibility to work outside normal hours is essential. Excellent technical writing skills are necessary to create clear and concise documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital communication circuits and data buses, and will be able to travel worldwide. The company is seeking a collaborative team player who can work with business units, marketing, and sales to create total system solutions for customers. The role requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills to provide feedback to the new product development teams about customer needs and requirements. The successful candidate will be able to design, build, and test systems to demonstrate or measure performance parameters, and will be able to generate, edit, and review datasheets and support documentation. The role also requires the ability to create demonstrations, evaluation boards, and application notes, and to provide technical support to customers located worldwide.
