Your background Commercial experience in a customer support role Experience working with a ticketing system. Excellent problem-solving ability while thinking about continuous improvement SQL - have the ability to investigate a problem by being able to extract data, read tables, join tables, basic filter queries. API - You will understand the different request types, query parameters, response types. API Documentation JSON - You will have worked with and used JSON schema formats.
