**Job Description:**
- Undertake training in vehicle maintenance, service, and repair to the highest standard.
- Carry out work in a safe, environmentally friendly, and economical way at all times.
- Care for customers' vehicles and property, aiming for the highest customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gain a formal qualification and work with a team of experienced professionals.
- Receive ongoing training and career development opportunities.
- Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of repair, service, and maintenance of vehicles.
- Attend internal and external training courses, as directed by management.
- Ensure full understanding of the latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and how to diagnose and repair faults on them.
- Ensure all work is carried out by observing safe working practices of self and others.
- Check level and quality of work through the use of diagnostic equipment and road testing.
- Complete relevant service documentation in accordance with requirements.
- Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
**Requirements:**
- Have successfully completed a Leaving Certificate.
- Be in process to get a full valid B licence.
- Be willing to learn, with excellent attention to details.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be punctual and show initiative.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
