Audit Sales Executive role offers a dynamic and ambitious individual the opportunity to develop their sales skills and become a qualified Sales Executive in a leading motor retailer.

As a Sales Executive Apprentice, you will embark on a 12-month apprenticeship in-house training program, leading to qualifying as a Joe Duffy Group Sales Executive. The training will cover all elements of the Joe Duffy Group sales process, including appraisal, test drive, and customer follow-up. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Joe Duffy Group sales process and customer journey • Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers • Manage and develop customer follow-up and prospecting systems • Conduct accurate appraisals of vehicles and agree on values with the Sales Manager • Maintain accurate records of customer contact details using our in-house systems • Participate in regular training to maintain product knowledge and increase skills **Requirements:** • Experience working in a retail capacity or customer service/hospitality environment, demonstrating a commitment to providing customers with an exceptional level of service • Strong work ethic, excellent organisation, and negotiation skills • Warm and friendly personality, portraying a professional and corporate image to all customers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to provide exceptional customer delight by always going the extra mile • Full clean driving licence • Disciplined approach to following processes from start to finish **Benefits:** • Basic salary • Industry-leading training and progression plans • 22 days of annual leave • Life cover • Active social club • PRSA • Company vehicle (upon completion of training)
