Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer confidence and awareness of all products and services.
- Work under pressure, remaining calm and effective in handling upset or demanding customers.
- Accurately record and amend customer details, ensuring all work requested is carried out and charged for.
- Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and provide feedback.
- Meet and greet customers, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer facing skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with the highest standards of efficiency.
- Computer literacy, with the ability to record and amend customer details accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and effective in challenging situations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data to customers.
