Seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Service/Warranty Advisor, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to Porsche customers.

**Job Description:** As an Apprentice Service/Warranty Advisor, you will be the focal point of contact for Porsche customers requiring servicing, repair, or warranty work to their vehicles. You will manage the flow of information between the workshop, warranty team, dealership, and customer, delivering excellent customer service at all times. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership * Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate * Establish understanding and agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out * Calculate workshop capacity and ensure all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system * Manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles * Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation * Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction * Follow up in line with dealership procedures * Understand and adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements * Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealership * Maintain product knowledge on the full Porsche range * Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times **Requirements:** * Exceptional communication skills * Exceptional standards of personal presentation and grooming * Previous experience in customer-facing hospitality or retail and customer service * Passionate about customer service and care * Exceptional oral & written communication skills * Ability to build up customer trust by ensuring all information about their Porsche is delivered accurately * Computer literate - to be able to record / amend customer details accurately and articulately * Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - to handle discerning customers in an empathetic way * Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards / invoice * Excellent organisational skills **Benefits:** * Employee Assistance Programme * Industry-leading training and progression plans * Bike to Work Scheme * 22 days of Annual Leave * Life cover * Active Social Club * PRSA * A full and clean Irish or EU driving licence and a full-time work VISA are essential requirements for this role
