Assigned Certifier / Architect Opportunity

A growing multidisciplinary consultancy with offices across Ireland is looking for a qualified Assigned Certifier to oversee certification and inspection processes for various projects.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and supervise tendering procedures and manage contractors on-site
  • Oversee design certification and building inspections to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Collate and submit all necessary documents
  • Develop and manage inspection plans during the construction phase, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Review drawings and sign off on statutory certificates
  • Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders, from contractors to clients
• Requirements:
  • Registered Architect, Chartered Building Surveyor, or Engineer with membership in a relevant professional body (RIAI, Engineers Ireland, SCSI)
  • 5+ years experience across a range of building types
  • In-depth knowledge of design certification and building inspection processes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
