Architect / Graduate Architect A design led award-winning architectural studio in Dublin city have a great opportunity for a talented Architect to join the team. A Graduate Architect with 3 years+ experience working towards professional qualification, will be considered too. The successful Architect should have previous success in design and delivery of award winning architectural projects. They will possess strong design, presentation, technical and communication skills. Preference given to Architects with recent success delivering residential developments in line with current industry regulations. Based in the Dublin studio, the Architect will join a project team and work through all aspects of the design phase, documentation, drawings and construction stage of development. Previous experience delivering projects on site is essential. The ideal Architect will have 3-5 years experience along with proven success delivering projects in the Irish market. Skills & Experience required RIAI Registered Architect with a 3-5 years experience Previous project experience should include medium / largescale residential projects from inception through to completion Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong design skills and technical understanding Site experience A detailed working knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulation and Building Control Legislation A passion for excellence High level of proficiency using Revit, and Adobe suite Salary & Benefits: €45k-€55k DOE Generous holiday allowance Healthcare Pension Gym membership Life Assurance Many more If you are an experienced Architect with previous residential project experience in the Irish market, please forward your cv to Deborah Byrne for further details.
