Our Client is currently recruiting for Experienced Architect, BIM/REVIT Technician and Project Managers, A large Project Manager and Consulting Engineers in Cork who are constantly growing and are looking for multiple candidates! Qualifications, Skills: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with a focus on life sciences or pharmaceutical projects. In-depth understanding of the Irish Building Regulations and their application. Experience may include roles in consultancy, contracting, or client-side positions. Comprehensive understanding of project phases, team roles, and standard industry methodologies and procedures. Ability to effectively operate within a multidisciplinary team setting, delivering precise work within stringent project timelines. Capable of planning, organizing, and executing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience in preparing contract documents and managing projects is advantageous. Ability to perform tasks in alignment with our Quality Management System Proficient in using Revit software. Benefits: Secure a permanent role based in our Cork office.
