Registered Architect An award-winning architectural design studio located in the heart of the city is looking for a talented Registered Architect to join their growing team. With a diverse portfolio of medium and large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure, and civic developments, this studio offers a dynamic and creative environment for an ambitious Architect ready to make their mark. As a Registered Architect (RIAI/RIBA) with over 5 years of experience, you will take on a pivotal role within the team, contributing to some exciting projects, from initial design through to planning and construction stages, shaping the future of urban spaces. Experience and skills required: RIAI/RIBA Registered Architect with over 5 years of professional experience Proven success working on medium to large-scale residential or retail projects Strong design skills, with a deep understanding of design development and technical delivery Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desired Extensive experience working in adherence to building regulations and project delivery through all stages Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the team Thorough understanding of BCAR and compliance requirements Full eligibility to work in Ireland is essential On offer: €55k - €65k DOE Professional subscriptions Generous holiday allowance Annual bonus Early finish on Fridays Work-Life Balance along with career progression is supported If you're an experienced architect looking for an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and join a studio that values both creativity and technical expertise, wed love to hear from you.
