Highly skilled Architect sought to lead design and delivery of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

About the Role

  • Lead architectural design from concept through to detailed design and construction stages.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Architectural Technicians, Technologists, Building Surveyors, and Engineers.
  • Prepare and present design proposals using relevant software.
  • Oversee the preparation of planning applications, building regulation submissions, and other statutory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Full membership or eligibility for membership with the RIAI (Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland).
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in an architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish planning laws, building regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of project experience, particularly in residential and commercial sectors.
