Highly skilled Architect sought to lead design and delivery of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

About the Role
- Lead architectural design from concept through to detailed design and construction stages.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Architectural Technicians, Technologists, Building Surveyors, and Engineers.
- Prepare and present design proposals using relevant software.
- Oversee the preparation of planning applications, building regulation submissions, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Full membership or eligibility for membership with the RIAI (Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland).
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in an architectural practice.
- Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
- Strong knowledge of Irish planning laws, building regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of project experience, particularly in residential and commercial sectors.
