Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design from concept through to detailed design and construction stages. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Architectural Technicians, Technologists, Building Surveyors, and Engineers. Prepare and present design proposals using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Oversee the preparation of planning applications, building regulation submissions, and other statutory requirements. Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. Qualifications & Experience: A degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Full membership or eligibility for membership with the RIAI (Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland). Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in an architectural practice. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong knowledge of Irish planning laws, building regulations, and construction methods. Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
