A renowned architectural practice with a strong presence across Ireland is looking for a talented and driven RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect to join their team. Preferably with over 5 years experience, you'll have the chance to work on innovative and high-profile residential projects that shape the future of urban living. Based in their office in Dublin city centre, you will collaborate closely with the senior team, taking ownership of multiple residential developments from planning and tender stages through to successful project completion. What We're Looking For: Registered Architect with professional membership in, or eligibility for, RIAI / RIBA. Approximately 5 years experience in architecture, with some of that time spent in Ireland or the UK Proven experience leading residential projects from planning to completion Strong technical expertise and understanding of current building regulations Proficiency in Revit is essential Experience working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Solid understanding of planning legislation and ability to manage the planning process Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
