Seeking a Registered Architect with 2+ years of experience to manage residential and leisure projects in Dublin, Ireland.
A prestigious architectural design office in Dublin is seeking a Registered Architect / Job Runner to manage a range of residential and leisure projects through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years post-professional registration experience and a proven track record in managing medium-scale projects successfully in line with current industry regulations.
The successful Architect will have an opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in a dynamic team, with a purposely designed Dublin office. The company provides an excellent work environment, a competitive salary package, and an active social club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Registered Architect holding professional membership - RIAI or RIBA
- A minimum of 2 years post RIAI / RIBA registration experience
- Previous experience working across a range of projects, including commercial, office, residential, healthcare, and / or leisure developments
- Strong design skills and creative flair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations is essential
- Proficiency in BIM software Archi CAD and/or Revit
