A prestigious, medium-sized architectural design office in Dublin is growing and seeking to recruit a Registered Architect / Job Runner to manage a range of residential and leisure projects through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years post-professional registration experience and a proven track record in managing medium-scale projects successfully in line with current industry regulations. Joining a dynamic team, the successful Architect will have an opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in their purposely designed Dublin office. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee architectural projects from through to completion Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and standards Qualifications: Registered Architect holding professional membership - RIAI or RIBA A minimum of 2 years post registration experience Previous experience working across a range of projects, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and / or leisure developments Strong design skills and creative flair Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations is essential Proficiency in BIM software ArchiCAD and/or Revit Proven ability to manage projects through all stages of delivery MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary: €55k-€65k Hybrid working Life assurance Healthcare Pension If you are a qualified RIAI / RIBA Architect with experience managing projects and eager to advance your career with a leading architectural consultancy, please email your CV to Deborah Byrne for further details.
