Architect / Senior Architect South Dublin A growing architectural practice based in South Dublin is seeking an experienced RIAI/RIBA Registered Architect or Senior Architect to join their team. This is an immediate opportunity to lead educational projects in Dublin, with involvement in other sectors such as healthcare, commercial, leisure, residential, and conservation developments. *Career progression opportunity* Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Director and / or take the lead on educational projects Work through all stages of project development, ensuring compliance with current industry regulations Collaborate with a team on various high-end design projects and take them through to construction stage Mentor and guide junior team members Desired Experience: 5-15 years post-graduate architectural experience RIAI/RIBA registration is essential Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of design and technical processes Experience with healthcare, educational, or residential projects is preferred but not essential Strong knowledge of current building and planning regulations is essential Site experience is advantageous Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills Benefits: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Professional subscriptions Hybrid working options Pension This multi-award-winning practice is known for delivering exceptional designs across various sectors.
