**Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist Wanted** Seeking a RIAI Registered Architect or experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to lead medium to large-scale projects from design development to construction. **Key Requirements:** • 5-10 years of architectural experience, with some experience gained locally • Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects • Strong design and technical skills • In-depth knowledge of current building regulations • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable • Site experience is required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **About the Role:** This position is ideal for a Senior Architectural Technologist or Architect looking to advance their career, with the opportunity to lead significant projects from design development through to completion.
