Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist An industry-leading architectural design office in Dublin city is seeking to recruit an RIAI Registered Architect with strong technical skills or an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. They currently have a variety of on-going projects including medium to large-scale commercial, residential, and leisure developments, spanning planning, tender, and construction phases. This position is ideal for a Senior Architectural Technologist or Architect looking to advance their career, with the opportunity to lead significant projects from design development through to completion. Key Requirements: Registered Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist 5-10 years of architectural experience, with some experience gained locally Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects from design development to construction Experience with medium/high-density residential or commercial projects is advantageous Strong design and technical skills In-depth knowledge of current building regulations Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable Site experience is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits: €55k-€65k, depending on experience Annual bonus Professional membership subscriptions Bike to work scheme Competitive annual leave package If you are a qualified Architectural Technologist or Architect interested in this role or exploring other opportunities in the architectural sector in Ireland, please send your CV to Deborah Byrne.
