Job Description
Architectural Design Lead sought for a leading off-site manufacturer specialising in structural fabrication and fit out of mechanical & electrical plant rooms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for design and coordination deliverables for projects, working closely with the project managers, construction, commercial and control teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and innovative cleanroom designs with strong construction detail ability and understanding.
- Utilise 3D software (Revit/Navisworks) and CAD to produce accurate and visually compelling cleanroom designs.
- Prepare and review design documentation, including technical reports and specifications.
- Engage with clients to understand their design requirements, address queries, and present design proposals.
- Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to assess design requirements, space utilisation, and cleanroom performance.
- Research and recommend appropriate materials, fixtures, and equipment for cleanroom construction.
- Ensure designs adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and relevant codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd-level Architectural qualification.
- Good Revit experience.
- Navisworks experience.
- The following would be advantageous but not essential: Knowledge of Dynamo Scripting and 3rd Party plugins, BIMCollab experience, Understanding of ISO1965.
