Architectural Design Lead Leading off-site manufacturer specialising in the structural fabrication and fit out of mechanical & electrical plant rooms based in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kilkenny has an opportunity for an Architectural Design Leadto join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and coordination deliverables for projects. Reporting to the Design Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for: Design Development:?Create detailed and innovative cleanroom designs, Strong construction detail ability and understanding. Model/Drawing output:?Utilising 3D software (Revit/Navisworks currently) and CAD to produce accurate and visually compelling cleanroom designs allowing for detail drawings & models. Project Documentation: Prepare and review design documentation, including technical reports and specifications Client Interaction:?Engage with clients to understand their design requirements, address queries, and present design proposals. Collaboration:?work closely with the project managers, Construction, Commercial and Control and other stakeholders, to provide technical design expertise. Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to assess design requirements, space utilisation, and cleanroom performance. Materials and Equipment Selection:?Research and recommend appropriate materials, fixtures, and equipment for cleanroom construction, considering performance, safety, and budget. Quality Assurance: Ensure that designs adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and relevant codes and regulations. The successful individual will have the following: Relevant 3rdlevel Architectural qualification Good Revit experience Navisworks The following would be advantageous but not essential: Knowledge of Dynamo Scripting and 3rd Party plugins BIMCollab experience Understanding of ISO1965 All applications will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and your CV will never be released without your prior approval.
