Qualifications: Architectural Technology degree and a track record of over 1 years in professional practice. Demonstrated expertise in technical design and detailing, coupled with a profound understanding of technical aspects and on-site operations. Preferably, hands-on experience in managing large-scale residential development projects. Comprehensive familiarity with the most recent Planning and Irish Building Regulations standards applicable in Ireland. Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD/REVIT, Adobe, and MS Office tools Skills and Requirements Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration across all organisational levels. Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and lead a team rather than relying solely on instructions.
