Job Description
A growing architectural and engineering studio conveniently located outside Dublin city is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Architectural Technology, demonstrate proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and have experience working on projects post-planning.
Familiarity with Irish building regulations is essential. The current project portfolio includes a variety of residential developments of different scales across Ireland.Responsibilities:
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers, and Project Managers Manage projects from post-planning through to completion Produce FSC drawings, DAC drawings, and construction detailing Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations Conduct site visits as necessary Requirements: Degree in Architectural Technology (essential)
In excess of 2 years post-qualification experience in a design or multidisciplinary office Experience with residential or mixed-use developments Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Good knowledge of BCAR Site experience is desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with excellent communication skills Full driving licence and own transport is beneficial Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Location and Accessibility:
Conveniently located close to LUAS, M50, and various bus routes
