Your New Company As an Architectural Technologist you will be joining an architectural practice based in Co Kildare that are seeking to expand their technical team. They are a medium sized practice focusing on residential developments with an experienced team made up of architects, architectural technologists and building surveyors. The team has grown steadily over recent years and have a great work culture in the office, though this role will be primarily on site. Your New Role As an architectural technologist you will be working on projects throughout the planning, tender, construction and completion phases. This is a role which can offer a nice mix of site and office work, though you will be working closely with a mixed team of technologists and building inspectors on residential projects. You should be able to display keen detailing skills, specification knowledge and of course Irish Building Regulation knowledge specific to the residential industry. Job Requirements This role would suit an architectural technologist that has a couple years under their belt on Irish projects and looking for that next stage. You should have keen knowledge on DAC and Fire Certs. Experience using AutoCAD and Revit. As well as show strong detailing skills. Ideally should have a degree in Architectural Technology, however relevant experience in the industry will be considered.
