They are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Limerick. Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans. Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software. Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, codes, and standards. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and provide technical support. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions. Perform quality assurance checks on all architectural documents and drawings. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural technologist role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes in Ireland. Excellent technical drawing and design skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A portfolio demonstrating your technical skills and previous projects.
