Job Description
Architectural Technologist required to coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to design architecture for construction projects. Examine building codes, by-laws, space requirements, site requirements, and other technical documents and reports. Evaluate and advise on environmental, legal and regulatory issues. Contribute to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures. Identify required surveys and develop project briefs. Prepare and present design proposals using CAD. Administer contracts and project certification. Relevant technical qualification, proficiency in AutoCAD or Autodesk REVIT, and sketching skills desired.
