Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to enhance their experience in the building sector.

You will play a key role in helping transform our client's visions into reality, contributing to a range of projects with a focus on quality and innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed design drawings, technical submittals, and specification documentation.
  • Compile tender documents and presentations for largescale fitouts, utilizing PowerPoint for effective communication.
  • Coordinate and maintain project drawing data while working closely with Design Teams to meet projectspecific requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when placing orders, and managing complex code breakdowns accurately.
  • Produce sitespecific technical drawings to support asset crews with the installation of furniture and systems.
  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of all products and finishes from each supplier to ensure precision in design and execution.
  • Provide ongoing support to the existing design and project management teams.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist with an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong expertise in commercial fitouts, including knowledge of relevant materials and processes.
  • Familiarity with building regulations, particularly T.G.D. Part B (Fire Safety) and Part M (Access and Use).
  • A relevant technical degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple objectives and deadlines effectively.
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally, collaborating with various teams to drive business results.
  • Strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
