Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist A leading architectural design consultancy in Ireland is looking for experienced an Architectural Technologist & Senior Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills to join their Dublin office. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team of architects and technologists, working on a variety of educational, industrial, healthcare, and commercial projects across Ireland. This role provides the chance to work within a highly respected studio renowned for its innovative designs and use of state-of-the-art BIM technologies. Career progression is fully supported. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on the design and delivery of diverse projects, including residential, educational, healthcare, and industrial developments. Produce detailed architectural drawings using Revit and other BIM software. Ensure all designs adhere to current Irish and UK Building and Planning Regulations. Effectively manage time and resources to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills: A degree level qualification in Architectural Technology, with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience. Project experience should include - residential, leisure, data centres, healthcare, educational, OR industrial developments Full proficiency in Revit Thorough knowledge of Irish Building and Planning Regulations Site experience is a plus Previous experience working on medium to large-scale projects Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and visual acuity Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from €45k to €65k, based on experience Pension Bonus Generous holiday allowance CPD Professional subscriptions If you are a qualified Architectural Technologist ready to take the next step in your career or considering a return to Ireland, please reach out to Deborah Byrne for more information.
