To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client is a leading provider of hygiene and cleaning solutions within the manufacturing industry and is seeking to hire an Area Manager to oversee operations and drive growth within the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills who is highly organised. Key Responsibilities: Managing site operations with clients across different locations in Galway and surrounding areas. Managing staff resources, scheduling a team of cleaning staff, and deploying them to different client sites in the region – ensuring that there is sufficient allocation of cleaners as per client requests and SLAs. Working within specified budgets and budget planning. Meeting targets on time and accurately in line with client expectations. Preventative maintenance checks. Attending weekly operations meetings in Galway Head office. Ensuring all current Health and Safety legislation is adhered to. Investigations into accidents reported by staff or clients. Carrying out Health and Safety training. Managing shift cover onsite. Recruitment and selection of new employees. What we’re looking for: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role required. Previous cleaning supervisor experience preferred. Strong communication and management skills. Fluent in English. Attention to detail and flexibility. Able to work independently and in a team.
