Area Manager | Retail | Munster | Up to €60,000 + Package | Locations: Limerick, Munster, Clare, M20, M7, Ireland, Ennis, Tipperary, Ireland, Shannon, Clonmel, Dooradoyle, Cork. We are currently seeking an Area Manager in the County Limerick region. This is a fantastic opportunity in a niche geographical region of Limerick / Tipperary. You will be joining a business were you will have the opportunity to really impact the operational day to day of the stores. The Role As a Area Manager you will lead your stores in all areas of service excellence, deliver KPI's in line with the business objectives and ensure you are leading and motivating your teams to deliver across your responsibilities. Creating a positive and engaging working environment within your sites High standards in all key areas Setting clear expectations in service, standards and operations Managing profit and loss, budgets, sales forecasting and various other key performance indicators Liaising and networking with head office, ensuring relationships are established with all key stakeholders Driving compliance, health & safety to adhere to all policies and proceduresAs an Area Manager you will be able to make an impact, join a great team and be involved with projects as new locations continue to open. You will ideally have experience at; Multi Site, Cluster Management or Area Manager level. It is a must you come from a retail background in; convenience, fresh goods, food, big box or discount sector.
