Area Manager - Wexford Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our client's team, managing multiple stores across Wexford and the South East region. Our client is a well-established and respected retailer, known for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Salary: €55k - €60k In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of stores within your region, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets. You will work closely with Store Managers to drive sales, optimise operations, and lead a team to achieve company goals. Responsibilities: Support and guide Store Managers to deliver on KPIs, including sales, customer service, and operational standards Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability across all stores in your area Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention Lead, motivate, and develop store teams, ensuring ongoing training and performance management to build high-performing teams Maintain high levels of customer service across the region, ensuring all stores deliver a positive and consistent shopping experience Monitor and report on store performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and implementing action plans Ensure all stores adhere to legal, health and safety, and company compliance standards. Requirements: Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar multi-site management role within the retail industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business performance Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Wexford and South East region Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a passion for retail excellence If you are interested in this Area Manager job opportunity, then please apply to Nikki Murran via the link below.
