Due to the novel nature of our technology, we will work directly with the farmer via on-farm and data driven tools to ensure success.THE POSITIONAs a result of our continued success, we are now recruiting for an Area Sales Consultant to join our world class, purpose-driven team, and challenge the status quo in our pursuit of excellence and innovation in animal health and the world.The Sales Consultants role is to consult commercially and technically with farmers within your region. Utilising your background to build relationships with farmers on the health of their herds, you will understand farmers health challenges and consult to provide proactive and preventative health solutions utilising our innovative portfolio centered around Quorum Sensing.We are ushering in a new era of animal health. Are you with us?ResponsibilitiesProviding advice and guidance to dairy farmers on AHV conceptsIdentifying and developing new business prospects whilst maintaining established accounts to ensure ongoing business delivery & growth opportunities are recognisedAchieving all revenue & client retention targetsMaintain and manage an active prospect list of all potential customers in an assigned area that will be called on regularlyWorking collaboratively as part of a self-organized, decentralized teamComplete all customer requisitions in a timely & accurate mannerManaging product/stock levelsStay abreast of product developments & market trendsThe above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.RequirementsIDEAL CRITERIA:Previous field sales experience, minimum 12 monthsKnowledge of, or experience in, the agricultural sector ideally within the Dairy industryExemplary communication skillsGrowth mindsetClean Valid driving licenceIT literateSelf-motivated with a drive for resultsAbility to work both independently and in a teamBenefitsOUR OFFERAHV (Animal Health Vision) is a fast-growing company, based in The Netherlands, that offers farmers an proactive and preventative health solutions.
