We are recruiting for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join the team of our client who specialises in the sale of packaging products for the food service industry. Role involves both account management and business development. Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Dublin (1-2 days onsite per week) Salary: €55,000 + Bonus + Benefits incl. company car Responsibilities: Manage existing customer portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve growth targets. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Identify and develop new customers and product ranges in the food service industry. Continuously monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of products and services. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in sales and account management in the food service industry. Strong understanding of industrial packers, C&C, takeaways, and distributors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior.
