THE COMPANY: This well-established construction manufacturer provides a range of construction materials and now seeks a new Territory Sales Manager to cover Leinster. Their products are commonly used on some of the best building projects around and they are among the market leaders generating turnover in the hundreds of millions each year. THE ROLE: As the successful Area Sales Manager, you will be selling a range of construction products to both Tier 1+2 Contractors and Builders Merchants. This role will have new business involved as well as managing and growing the existing accounts, and will be predominantly field based. Key Responsibilities: Engage with main contractors and specifiers on-site, showcasing our premium construction materials. Drive sales by fostering relationships and providing expert product knowledge to meet client needs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the Dublin area. Qualifications: Proven background in construction sales is a must. A track record of success in on-site sales to main contractors is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of construction materials and their applications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
