Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover the Munster region of Ireland, responsible for the sales of Lintels and associated items.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with current and target customers, including Builders Merchants, House-Builders, Contractors, Brickwork Contractors and Specifiers. You will contribute to and deliver Business Development Plans for relevant key accounts, manage a project pipeline, and retain and improve market position via sales of Lintels and associated items.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and target customers
- Contribute to and deliver Business Development Plans for relevant key accounts
- Manage a project pipeline, ensuring schedules and quotes are created within agreed timeframes
- Retain and improve market position via sales of Lintels and associated items
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of the company, our products and our services
- Update the company's CRM tool on a daily basis
We are looking for an individual with:
- Construction industry experience
- Focused on customer service with commercial aptitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- A full, clean driving licence
