Seeking experienced sales professional to manage sales growth in Munster area, generating new sales and retaining existing customer base of FMCG retail outlets and SMEs nationwide.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Generating new sales from new and existing customers
- Retaining existing customer base of FMCG retail outlets and SMEs nationwide
- Managing and growing key relationships with customers
- Identifying new sales opportunities with SMEs
- Ensuring excellent service is delivered at all times
This role will cover the Munster area and involve working as part of a nationwide sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and meet quarterly sales targets
- Contact new customers nationwide to sell various products
- Sourcing sales leads by researching and contacting potential clients by phone
- Growing sales of various products, including merchant services and other product lines
- Maintaining accurate records of daily sales and customer service calls
- Producing accurate and timely reports to management on sales progress
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience
- Experience in the payment services industry is desirable
- Technical selling skills and product knowledge
- Good knowledge of the financial services market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Relevant 3rd level qualification is desirable
