Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team based on the South side of Cork City on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth in the Munster territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Conduct regular sales visits to promote company products and services
- Monitor sales performance and activity levels to provide accurate sales forecasts and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Represent the company at industry events and functions to expand brand awareness and generate leads
Requirements:
- 3-5 years field sales experience
- Proven track record of growing existing business and identifying new opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the relevant region as required
