Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned ASIC Digital Design professional to lead and develop high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of RTL design and verification at both the chip and block level, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Lead and manage a team of ASIC Digital Design engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the development of ASIC RTL designs and verification processes at both the chip and block levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design specifications and project timelines.
- Ensure the successful execution of design projects within budget and schedule constraints.
- Implement and maintain design methodologies and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design quality and efficiency.
