Assemble medical devices with precision and attention to detail, contributing to the creation of life-changing tools and technologies that transform patients' lives.
At Edwards Lifesciences, our Manufacturing teams are dedicated to creating innovative solutions that make a meaningful difference to patients around the world. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in bringing these solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use precision tools and equipment to assemble medical devices with accuracy and efficiency
- Continuously expand your proficiency in multiple operations and production lines
- Follow work order instructions and drawings, using computers to navigate and enter data
- Perform inventory reconciliation and review job functions in compliance with established work instructions and SOPs
- Ensure all required components and tools are ready for the build
- Self-assess your work and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills and ability to read, comprehend, and speak English
- Elementary-level understanding of numerical functions
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed manufacturing instructions
