Job Description

Asset Administrator| Permanent | Dublin | Hybrid Join a growing employee benefit private wealth consultancy specialising in advising companies and personal investors. The role will sit within an expanding Private Wealth Management Team and enable the successful candidate to drive the overall strategic direction of client relationships, whilst gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the transfer of assets between pre- and post-retirement arrangements, including in-specie transfers of investment funds, Private Equity Investments, Loan Notes, encashments of insured products, and redemptions. Manage monthly and annual distributions for ARF clients. Handle the opening of bank accounts, cheque lodgements, and reconciliations. Accurately record pension contributions. Collaborate proactively with other teams within Unio to ensure a consistently positive client experience. Perform additional administrative tasks as required to meet team deadlines, including managing a team mailbox. Education, Qualifications & Experience: BA (Hons) Degree in a Business or Finance-related discipline. A minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker. QFA qualification, or currently working towards it. Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and related compliance standards. Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, particularly with numerical data. Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage workload effectively, with strong prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and Outlook at an intermediate level. Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility in approach. Strong numeracy and organizational skills are crucial for this role. Ideal candidates will be confident multi-taskers with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail and quality.
