Job Description
Dynamic investment fund seeks ambitious Asset Manager to join Dublin team, overseeing property inspections, third-party relationships, and development projects.
The role involves conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, actively managing third-party relationships on asset/property management activities, and taking ownership of development projects including project management and Capex.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards
- Actively managing third-party relationships on asset/property management activities
- Taking ownership of development projects including project management and Capex
- Proactive approach to the management of the portfolio and reporting on asset performance
Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience in asset management, property management, property finance
- Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and understanding of asset management activities
- Third-level degree and/or postgraduate property qualification with SCSI and RICS qualification
- Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative and adapt to dynamic environment
