Experienced Assistant Bar Manager sought for a Gastro Pub in Dublin, overseeing food and beverage operations and leading a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a busy property.
- Experience as Restaurant or Bar General Manager or an F&B Manager.
- Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Training and rostering of staff.
- Strong experience with back office systems.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Ireland.
- Availability to work nights and weekends; mix of day and night shifts.
- Fluent in English.
Job Details:
- Full-time position.
- Up to €43,000.00 per year.
- Bonus pay, performance bonus, and tips.
