Job Description

On behalf of a client based in South Dublin I am recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager for their new branch. The role reports directly to the Branch Manager and focuses heavily on sales, profitability, staff development. This is a Permanent position and based full onsite. A full clean driving licence is required. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Branch Manager and carrying out Branch Manager duties in their absence Ensure corporate deliveries / collections meet high levels of service, checking in damage Ensure very high levels of customer service is being provided by all Desk Staff and feedback to staff and management on areas for improvement Be aware of all requirements for vehicles during the day and to plan for the days/weeks ahead. Setting internal sales targets for CSR's and following up/holding staff accountable. Day to day operations/processes including deliveries, utilisation, following up overdues, pre-closes. Ensure that all staff adheres to the safety and operations rules and procedures without exception. Responsible for own health and safety and that of work colleagues Carrying out audits to ensure the standards are kept up to the highest compliance Qualifications: 3rd Level relevant Qualification would be advantageous but not clean driving license 2 years Supervisor/assistant manager experience would be advantageous Intermediate level of Excel and Word required Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative Call John Paul on Skills: Customer Service Process Reports Benefits: Company Car Pension Bonus EAP
