Job Description
Assistant Brand Manager role supporting Daybreak brand with marketing expertise and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Musgrave, a leading family-owned business with 140-year heritage in food and brand innovation, is seeking a talented individual to join their Marketing team.
The role involves providing marketing support for Daybreak, including developing and implementing communication plans across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement promotions calendars and coordinate production of promotional material.
- Work with agency partners on digital marketing plan, including social media, display advertising, and brand website maintenance.
- Implement ATL advertising plan and PR/trade advertising plan, including press releases and interviews.
- Develop and implement local marketing plans to support stores.
- Liaise with design, print, distribution companies, and third-party agencies.
- Support customer and internal events, such as the Daybreak national retailer conference.
- Manage and administer marketing budget, track marketing activity contribution to commercial performance.
- Support Marketing Manager in developing brand offer and ensuring consistent brand execution.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Third-level marketing/business qualification or relevant experience.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Passion for marketing, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer focus, full driving licence with access to car.
- Experience of working on a cross-departmental basis.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in FMCG, Retail, or Foodservice environment.
