We are currently recruiting for the role of Assistant Business Manager (Retail) on behalf of a Entertainment Gaming organisation Assistant Business Manager (Retail) Shift basis - some night shifts when necessary 45,000 to 55,000 per annum dependant on experience Dublin City Centre based Great progression and package Responsibilities: Manage weekly roster and liaise with staff Assist with on-boarding and training of new staff Support on day to day operations Handle complaints where necessary and work to resolve, in an efficient manner Work in accordance with company policy, procedures and compliance regulations Assist in employee relations issues where necessary Adhoc duties Requirements: Experience in similar role, within a fast paced retail environment such as Lidl, Aldi or similar Keen knowledge of operations within a retail capacity, customer service and employee management Strong communication and organisation skills necessary Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates Skills: business manager retail casino customer service assistant manager
