Detail-oriented Buyers Assistant sought to provide exceptional support to the buying team in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Input SKU information into the system and assist with proofing ads.
- Create bulletins for the buyer, including fall and spring lineups, replacement products, and other promotional materials.
- Build SKUs for new products, print tags, maintain assembly instructions for stores, and run reports for markets and the buyer.
- Request information from vendors to ensure accuracy on the website and product catalog.
- Acquire photography for new products.
- Input product selections into order management when needed.
- Create POP SKUs and place initial floor stock orders, monitoring stock for replenishment needs and placing purchase orders as required.
- Assist with case research and approvals, adding new vendors to new SKUs as needed.
- Update the public website with new products and make changes to stock availability as needed.

- Good organizational and customer service skills.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including personal computers.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
