Job Description
Responsible for assigned food and beverage/culinary operations, overseeing guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related areas, or
- 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, with 1 year of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in food and beverage operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Assist in annual Quality audit.
