Role: Assistant Contracts ManagerLocation: DublinSector: Timber FrameSalary: €50,000 – €60,000 + Company CarAre you an experienced manager with a background in delivering new build timber frame projects? Would you enjoy working for a large group?Fantastic opportunity for someone to take their first steps into contracts management and join a large construction business delivering new build timber frame projects across the residential sector. You will be working as part of a team on each job to ensure that the timber frame structures are being installed on time, on budget, and profitably.Your background in timber frame construction will be essential as you will be expected to work alongside timber frame subcontractors to ensure a smooth installation process.We would welcome conversations with candidates who:Can demonstrate a strong background in timber frame installationHold valid CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTSPossess multi-site management experienceHave strong communication and IT skillsThis employer is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
