Seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Sales to lead sales efforts and drive growth in a highly coveted role.

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional to join our team for a one-year contract, covering maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in senior sales roles within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality
- A deep understanding of the Dublin market and a strong network of contacts
- A strategic mindset with a focus on growing key revenue streams
- Experience in collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
- Impeccable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in working towards targets and meeting deadlines
