Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Monaghan on a full time permanent basis. Why join Kingspan Century Ltd? We manufacture, supply and erect the timber frame structural shell. As the Assistant Finance Manager you will provide support to the Financial Controller, ensuring all financial responsibilities are completed and processed in a timely manner, and that work completed adheres to Kingspan company policies and accounting manual. Responsibilities of our Assistant Finance Manager Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual management reportsProduce month end and year end journals. Annual statutory and tax reporting Oversee bank reconciliations, receipts and payments. Cashflow reportingPrepare financial Forecasts and Budgets Analyse the company's financial performance in line with forecast and budget Ensure all records and statement are in line with GAAP and IFRS standards Recruit, supervise, train and manage a small team Ensure compliance with system of internal controls Ensure compliance with all Revenue, Tax and Company regulations Liaise with external & internal auditors on financial audits Various ad hoc reporting within the Finance function What we are looking for in our Assistant Finance Manager You will have: Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Accounting softwareStrong analytical skills with attention to detail Well-organised and with good communication skillsAbility to consistently meet deadlines Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit: Desirable a minimum of 5 year's relevant work experience What do we offer? 21 days annual leave (plus bank/public holidays)Service recognitionBike to work schemeBuying/selling annual leave Do you have the skills we are looking for?
